With the Curlsmith rebrand, we want to take the brand and product to that cutting-edge design space.
Our proposed rebrand and repackaging will create a delightful and cutting-edge design that elevates the brand, attracting and retaining customers through it's immersive and experiential theme keywords.

We envision a feminine, futuristic and pastel aesthetic that would reflect the idea of a glowing dreamscape.
The initial package redesign concept is based on the Curl Defining Styling Souffle product, aiming to make it playful, delightful, and reusable.

The rebranding package will include a new logo design and full branding assets, starting with this initial product, and a campaign that showcases the new design.

We are well aware that package design plays a huge part in brand identity, attracting and retaining customers, both in-store and in ad space- and there is an enormous value to the feelings that the brand can give a customer, and even a passer.

Holding a beautifully packaged item in hand, admiring the design, artwork, or jar/box is a multi-sensory and fun experience. If a brand can create that experience, which envelops the customer in 'a new world,' the customer can feel immersed and join the story of the campaign, creating positive brand associations. As long as the product can stand for itself in terms of quality and living up to its promises, fantastic packaging and campaign storytelling is the element that entices people to give it a try and get hooked.

Particularly in today's world of social media and influencer culture, having a strong and exciting brand identity and package design matters more than ever. Influencers and content creators are sharing videos of shopping at stores like Target, Vitg, Sephora, etc., and trying and recommending new products. This means standing out and giving the consumer an exciting and delightful experience is a huge asset.
